This sturdy, well build cage is a great investment for your pets living area. As a rat owner I have two of these cages. Ive had many different cages, but this was the best one Ive come a crossed yet. The horizontal bars make it easy for your pets to climb and play, and they are small enough bars that there is no worry that your pet will escape. These cages have easy removable trays that come out so they can simply be wiped down and placed back in. These trays are also made of a material that is comfortable for your little critters paws.
What else I really like is that it can be closed off in the middle, so you can keep your pets on the top or bottom portion of the cage if you didn’t want them in the whole cage. This feature comes in handy because you can keep your pets in the cage while you are removing the trays to be cleaned. When you lock your pets to the top portion of the cage, you are free to clean the bottom. Then you can easily move your pets to the bottom of the cage to clean the top portion. Then when you are done cleaning you just let down the middle ramp and your critters will have full access to the whole cage.
Then when you think the cage cant get any better there is more. There are four doors that open outward that give you full access to the entire inside of the cage. I enjoy this because its just another helpful feature for easy cleaning, and easy access to your animals. Then lastly but not least you will find you have a small space under the cage that holds your supplies to make it that much more convenient when you need items for pets.
These cages are a little pricey but are well worth the money. From a person that has tried many cages, it is not worth it to buy cheap. In the long run you will just end up back on the interest trying to find a better cage. These cages are worth every bit of the money you put into them. I highly recommend this item!
